Sometimes its is rainy and cooler in july and then it is time to wear rain jacket.
I like going hiking in the forest so I taking it in case its cooler on the trail. Columbia jackets are breathable and its comfortable to wear it even when its summer time.
I wearing seamless leggings and adidas sneakers - which got all wet in this weather-next time will wear some other shoes that will not soak water so fast!
